Some of you have heard about the word resistance training and you must have not understood what this means. Resistance training is also used to get bigger biceps but you can also use it on your penis in order to make it huge. Step 1 – Warm Up
Get your penis into full erection before you can do this exercise. This is a form of warming up but be careful because you might actually have a release. You just have to masturbate a little then get it into full erection and stop right there.
Step 2 – Towel Hanging
Get a chair where you will be comfortable enough and hang a towel near the base of the shaft of your penis. You must make sure that the towel will not touch the chair or the sides since it will act as the resistance weight for your penis.
Step 3 – Muscle Contraction
This is where you will actively contract your penis muscles and then relax it just like when you are doing biceps curl. The towel will act as the weight and your penis should resist the weight that it imposes. Bob your penis gently and then relax again and this will consist one cycle or one repetition. You need to work out your penis for 25 repetitions but do it gradually if you cannot do it in a single setting. I am sure that within a few weeks, you will be experiencing some penis changes in size.
