Jelqing is the exercise for penis enlarging. It consists of using your hands to massage your penis from the base to the head. When done properly, this works the tissue and after time rebuilds it to larger size, both in length and width.
Now notice the key phrase – “after time rebuilds it to larger size”. This means that jelqing results DO NOT occur overnight.
So how long do you have to wait for good jelqing results? Generally that depends on the individual and the particular routine they are following, as well as another factor we will mention in a moment. But there are some general guidelines for when you should expect to see jelqing results and increased size.
Given that the individual is following a good, proven size routine and is consistent in doing the exercises, then a 1 inch gain can generally be seen around the 3-6 week mark.
Now most guys will commit themselves to at least a few months worth of exercising. From there they gauge their results, and if more size is desired, or they haven’t yet reached their goals, then they will continue on and try for added size.
Unfortunately, many guys will spend months at penis exercising and make little to no gains. The main reasons for this are the following:
Most likely they were not following a good routine and/or they were not consistent in their exercising. That is, they could have done the exercises 5 days one week, but then the next week they would only get around to doing them once during the week, then the following week after that maybe they got a few workouts in, and so forth. That’s not being consistent and results won’t occur from inconsistency.
