Nutrition is all about eating the right kinds of foods to keep us full of energy. Are you doing that? Are you eating the right kinds of food? Are you getting up every morning ready for action, or do you dread going to bed at night with the thought of having to get up the next morning?

- You need energy to sleep better. If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired it is because of the fuel you give your body.
- Do you exercise every other day or do you just think about it? The thinking about it is where you lack energy. Your mind needs to have positive, constructive thoughts to help you make decisions. Eating the right foods will help you think smarter.
- Are you making the right kinds of decisions when it comes to preparing food for your kids? If you are not eating right, how do you think they can eat right? Yes, I am talking to all you mom's and dad's out there.
- If you are a single parent, do you have the energy of two people because you need it. Food is the only great energy that can help you keep up with all your responsibilities. Do you have a food plan or do you just go to the pick up window most of the time?
Energy for your body is more important than finding the greatest solution at work to remain competitive. Making the right food choices is more important than anything you have in your life. If you have no energy, how can you go to the moon?
Energy is what most of us lack. How important is you're energy level to you? If you are overweight or obese and you do not feel the energy, something is wrong. When you bend down to tie your shoes do you spring back up or do you feel as though you were cut in half? Improve yourself and everyone around you will feel it. How important are you to YOU?
